Submission of Requests to Prohibit Participating in Gaming and Taking Part in Remote Gaming to the Register of Persons Restricted from Participation in Gaming

HOW TO SUBBMIT AN APPLICATION CORRECTLY

Must know !

Only Lithuanian citizens, having Lithuanian personal code as well as e-banking system or e-signature are able to submit an application online. Foreigners who want to restrict their ability to gamble can submit the application in our office, located in Ukmergės g. 222, Vilnius (when arriving it is necessary to have identification document with you).

An application to prevent gambling can only be submitted by a person who has reached the age of 18;

The restriction period cannot be shorter than 6 months;

To provide at least one of the contact details is required;

If restriction period is not specified, a 2-year restriction period is automatically set.

Application will be valid throughout Lithuania territory and in all gaming companies registered in Lithuania.

HOW TO SIGN IN TO THE REGISTER

In order to submit an application, visit our webpage https://nebenoriu-losti.lt/, then press "Pateikti prašymą" (in English – submit an application) option in the upper part on our website as shown in the picture below

Then press the red button called "Užpildyti prašymą" (in English – fill in an application). In the newly opened window, you will be directed to the "E-Government Gateway" system, where you can choose language from Lithuanian to English (in the upper right corner) and then you have to press the blue button called "Start now". See the image below.

After pressing the button, the system will offer you to identify your identity in one of the suggested ways: electronic banking, electronic signature by phone or using a Personal Identity Card, etc. Since one of the most popular methods is "Electronic Banking", we will talk about it further. For instance, let's choose Swedbank, as shown in the picture.

After entering your login data in the opened Electronic Banking account, find the “Siųsti duomenis” (in English – send data) button to confirm that you want to share personal data with E-Government gateway.

The banking system will confirm your identity and connect it to the "E-Government Gateway" system. In the window that opens, you should see your contact details: name, surname, personal security code, etc. If the data is correct and you agree to continue, press the "Login" button.

HOW TO FILL IN AN APPLICATION CORRECTLY

If you have not made an application yet, you will notice in pink font written: “Jūs nesate registruotas Apribojusių savo galimybę lošti asmenų registre” (in English - You are not registered on the Register of persons who have restricted their ability to gamble". Below there will be two green buttons "Pateikti prašymą" (in English – submit an application) and "Formuoti pažymą" (in English – extract a certificate). Click "Pateikti prašymą" as shown in the image.

In the window that opens, you will see a form in which the fields of your personal code, name and surname will be automatically filled. Please fill in your contact details. They are necessary in case we could inform you about changes related to the registry if needed. We can assure you that your personal information will not be transferred to third parties.

Specify the restriction time below. It cannot be shorter than 6 months. The maximum restriction time is 99 years.                           

Below you will find the section "Statistical data". This section is dedicated to the specialists who collect statistical data about the prevalence of gambling, the most frequently played games, which is very important for improving prevention of gambling.

We kindly ask you to fill in the marked sections responsibly. For example, if you gamble only in Kaunas, you do not need to mark all Lithuanian cities. Alternatively, if you only gamble online, tick "Nuotoliniai lošimai" (in English – online gambling). Thank you in advance for your contribution and time.

It is important to know that the statistical data will be depersonalized, meaning that even our service specialists will not be able to see which person filled which statistical data.

After entering the required data, press the green "Išsaugoti" (in English – save) button below. Later, to submit the created request, click the "Pateikti" (in English – submit) button. An identification code is assigned to the request, the status changes to "Pateiktas" (in English – submitted). This means that your request is waiting for approval in the system.

It should be noted that your submitted request will be approved and will become valid on the next working day.
